Toni Kelly is a self-taught artist. Born in 1956 in Catskill, New York. Toni took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Toni's's life would be centered upon her passion for art.  She studied art at Munson Williams Proctor in Utica, NY.  After getting married in 1983 Toni gave up her career as an artist to devote her full attention to raising her two children. Once they were grown she resumed painting. Toni resides in Virginia Beach with her husband Doug, their two children and their two dogs, Morgan and Shadow. Last year Toni suffered a setback when she was diagnosed with Cancer. Her experience and how she got through it is the subject of her most recent creation Moment by Moment.
